There is so much that you can do to prepare for postpartum. One specific area to focus on is preparing for foundational pieces to be in place for your recovery. These are some ways my momma clients prepare for their postpartum to ease and soothe as their world changes. While these are beautiful and beneficial ways that can help prevent anxiety triggers, every person is unique in their healing. I can’t cover all mood disorders here but I encourage you to always reach out to friends, family and professionals if you are experiencing postpartum mood disorders.
