Momma Postpartum Protein Packed Snacks

I love making simple snacks that are filled with protein. Often times we think of protein being only a huge chunk of meat. And while I love all of the healing benefits of pasture raised organic meat, I like to make simple snacks that are easy to grab without warming. These are a few of my favorite snacks to get you the protein you need.
