A simple morning routine can look so different for each momma. During pregnancy, I always encourage preparing a small routine for your postpartum journey. Having a mindful routine will  support you no matter what the night or day brings. Please be kind with yourself when mornings don’t even look close to your prepared routine. But just having a small list of some ways to bring balance to your morning is a wonderful way to anchor you when the moment is ready. 🌼

Lets jump into my guide:

🌼Whenever you are awake for the day - get sunlight before looking at your phone

🌼7/8am - eat a nourishing warm protein dense meal

🌼10:45-11:45 do slow morning stretches

🌼6-12pm say two kind things about yourself + sit in a herbal sitz bath for 10 minutes + connect with a trusted friend
