A simple morning routine can look so different for each momma. During pregnancy, I always encourage preparing a small routine for your postpartum journey. Having a mindful routine will  support you no matter what the night or day brings. Please be kind with yourself when mornings donโ€™t even look close to your prepared routine. But just having a small list of some ways to bring balance to your morning is a wonderful way to anchor you when the moment is ready. ๐ŸŒผ

Lets jump into my guide:

๐ŸŒผWhenever you are awake for the day - get sunlight before looking at your phone

๐ŸŒผ7/8am - eat a nourishing warm protein dense meal

๐ŸŒผ10:45-11:45 do slow morning stretches

๐ŸŒผ6-12pm say two kind things about yourself + sit in a herbal sitz bath for 10 minutes + connect with a trusted friend
