Healing Postpartum Teas that I Love

Healing postpartum teas that I love 🫖

I am always a big believer that a warm cup of tea and a herbal foot bath can make all the difference in the world in a mother’s healing journey. Our bodies crave warmth and nurturing at this level always but especially during postpartum - a very cold season for the body.

here are a few herbs + florals + spices I LOVE TO INCLUDE IN POSTPARTUM TEAS:

RED RASPBERRY LEAF TEA - A TEA WE OFTEN ALREADY HAVE AVAILABLE SINCE LABOR OFTEN CALLS FOR IT RIGHT BEFORE BIRTH. THIS TEA CAN SUPPORT THE uterus AS IT returnS to its pre-pregnancy size. red raspberry leaf tea is rich in minerals and vitamins, including magnesium, potassium, and vitamins B and C, which support overall recovery, while helping to tone the uterine muscles.

Fenugreek tea - a traditional galactagogue, which can boost milk production.

CHAMOMILE TEA- A BEAUTIFUL FLORAL TO ADD TO YOUR TEA TO REDUCE INFLAMMATION AFTER BIRTH AND SOOTH POSTPARTUM NERVES.

Hibiscus tea - INCLUDES HIGH VITAMIN C AND CAN SUPPORT THE IMMUNE SYSTEM AFTER BIRTH + IT’S JUST SO DELICIOUS!

oat straw tea - rich in vitamins and minerals this tea can support your body when dealing with fatigue during postpartum. WHICH IS MOST OF THE TIME - HYDRATION AND NOURISHING FOODS HELP WITH THIS TOO!

Nettle leaf tea - full of minerals, iron and ANTIOXIDANTS. It can support the body when dealing with blood loss after birth, lactation issues and overall fatigue.

GINGER TEA - SUPPORTIVE OF AFTER BIRTH UNEASY BELLY. IT IS ALSO WARMING AND SUPPORTS DIGESTION BETWEEN MEALS. ABSOLUTELY MY FAVORITE :)

I invite you to enjoy these free tea recipes but also please give it a thought about PURCHASING my personal healing recipes i use daily with my momma clients - always made with love!
