Make my I love my body sitz bath herbal cubes Recipe

🌸🪴🌸

This year one our “in’s” are preparing for slower healing recovery. And our biggest “out” is pushing ourselves to be healed at 6 weeks. K..no…bye! 🧺🫶🏼

My believe has always been that if we prepare for postpartum in a healing light, we shift into caring for ourselves in an intimate way. We spend so much effort to conceive for the most part: vitamins, workouts, reading…what about our relationship with postpartum? How much effort are you putting towards healing during postpartum?

The reality is that making an herbal sitz bath takes time that most times we don’t devote to ourselves. When you spend 5 minutes prenatally to make these for yourself, there is a new shift of energy towards your postpartum healing. It’s like a love letter you write and send to your future postpartum self that…

This is how we heal
