How to use herbs during postpartum

While you are preparing for postpartum, you will come across sitz bath herbal blends and peri bottle tea recipes. Whether you sit cozy in using holistic remedies, prefer to use all things from a pharmacy or live in a comfy space in between   - you will come across so many guides suggesting  herbs post birth. I am NOT an herbalist but I have found over the years there are some safer herbs I feel cozy sharing with my momma clients daily. Always check in with your health care team before using any herbs.
