Preparing for nourishing foods to sooth your digestion and learning methods for breathing down your baby during birth will benefit you so much! But often times hemorrhoids follow into postpartum if you had them during pregnancy. I love making a soothing balm that can be healing and soothing. Here is my favorite recipe including the benefits of the ingredients.

My Healing Hemorrhoid Salve

🌱1 tbsp EV Coconut Oil

🌱1 tbsp Shea Butter

🌱1 tsp Chamomile Oil

🌱1 tbsp Raw Honey

🌱1 tsp Blue Tansy Oil

Mix ingredients and store in a glass jar. Apply as needed and pat dry. eNJOY!
