🌱Eo Bubble Bath: Soothing + Purifying

🌱Eo Bath Oil: Moisturizing + Indulgent

🌱Chamomile: Anti-inflammatory

🌱Roses: Antioxidant

🌱Lavender: Antibacterial

My postpartum herbal garden foot bath recipe:

🌱1/2 cup Epsom Salts

🌱1 tbsp EO Bubble Bath (French lavender + unscented)

🌱1 tbsp EO Bubble Oil (Sweet Slumber in Chamomile lavender + Rose Geranium)

🌱1 tbsp Dried Chamomile

🌱1 tbsp Dried Lavender

🌱Warmed Spring Water as needed

In a large basin, mix ingredients in and rest in foot bath for 10-40 minutes.
