My Healing Garden Nipple Butter for Postpartum Mommas
Looking at all the options for nipple butters and balms I can see why so many soon to be mommas feel lost. With all the options, comes so many opinions of what worked with one momma to the next. I love visiting mommas and sharing the easiest recipe to make their own. Of course this butter doesnโt cure latch issues, positioning issues and any advance lactation issues that create blisters and cracks - always see a loving IBCLC if you are experiencing any type of pain while breastfeeding and pumping.
I will share that you definitely do not need a nipple butter between feeding your baby but it can definitely feel good. I love using very simple but healing elements especially in this tender area. This is another way we nourish ourselves during postpartum ๐๐ฅน
