My Healing Garden Nipple Butter for Postpartum Mommas

Looking at all the options for nipple butters and balms I can see why so many soon to be mommas feel lost. With all the options, comes so many opinions of what worked with one momma to the next. I love visiting mommas and sharing the easiest recipe to make their own. Of course this butter doesnโ€™t cure latch issues, positioning issues and any advance lactation issues that create blisters and cracks - always see a loving IBCLC if you are experiencing any type of pain while breastfeeding and pumping.

I will share that you definitely do not need a nipple butter between feeding your baby but it can definitely feel good. I love using very simple but healing elements especially in this tender area. This is another way we nourish ourselves during postpartum ๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿฅน
