Instead Of Holding a Newborn Baby…POSTPARTUM EDITION

Hello friends,

I wanted to share one of my favorite inspiring posts I put up over on my Instagram. There is so much we can do for mommas. You don’t need to be a doula to offer kindness and love. Of course having an experienced and trained doula to support a momma’s journey will bring value and reassurance. But if you are looking to support a momma and you are a friend or family member yourself, these are my simple but sweet tips. If you are a momma yourself, these are gentle reminders to be kind to yourself and find your village.

Could we do a little more of this and a little less just holding baby? 🥹

iF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY, i ENCOURAGE YOU TO FOLLOW MY PINTEREST FOR MORE INSPIRATIONAL CONTENT FOR POSTPARTUM. As a doula, i want to inspire others to show more kindness and understanding for mommas.

happy healing!
