Herbal Postpartum Loose Leaf Tea

The cup of tea you crave all day. This blend is lovely made as a sun tea or with a tea kettle. I use this with all my clients and love it so much for healing our bodies.

PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOK TIME: 15 hours
TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup anise seed
  • 1/2 cup fennel seed
  • 2 cup oat straw
  • 2 cup nettle leaf
  • 2 cup red raspberry leaf
  • Save this herbal mix to use as needed, you will only use ¼ cup of mixture for this batch
  • 10 cups of of spring water

DIRECTIONS

Mix all herbs together and store in a glass container. 

When preparing tea, use 1/4 cup of loose leaf mixture to 10 cups of boiling water. Allow to steep, covered, for 15 minutes. Strain in a large glass. Drink warm if possible.
